Man is not known for his years but for his deeds and it so true when we talk about the legendary musician Israel iz Kamakawiwo'ole. There are many people who live for over a century but the world does not know them and neither their loss makes any difference. There are some who make such contribution to the society that their loss fills everyone with pity. Not only their kin and friends mourn on their death but the whole world grieves. Such was the sight on the death of this musician who died at the tender age of 38 presumably because of his morbid obesity. The whole world was startled by the unexpected and untimely death of this great artist. He was a born talent and gifted with fine nuances of music which he polished with his passionate effort and dedication. He became an inspiration for Israel iz Kamakawiwo'ole who dreamt of following his footsteps to give shape to his desires and dreams.

Born in the year 1959 on the 20th day of March, this musician had big dreams which he eventually succeeded in turning into reality. His solo album had released in the year 19910 which earned him wide acclaims from all in the music industry who saw great potential in this young talent. Lot was expected from him but he didn't survive to come up to the expectations of all. Thus his tragic end was deemed to be a big loss to the society and the vacuum created by him is still left vacant. Nobody has been able to fill it and there is little hope that anybody would succeed in coming even somewhere close to Israel iz Kamakwiwo'ole.
