Here are some of the best tourist attractions in Cornwall that are must visits.

The Eden Project: Find landscapes and wild plants that reflect the diversity of our planet all under one roof. This place is home to several thousand species of plants and is the world's largest greenhouse. Situated in St Austell, this complex is dominated by two enclosures consisting of adjoining domes. The first dome emulates a tropical environment with banana trees, rubber and bamboo shoots and is kept at a tropical temperature. The second dome has a temperate climate and houses arid plants such as grapes, vines and olives. There is also an outdoor section that houses tea, sunflowers and other plants associated with temperate regions of the world.

The Blue Reef Aquarium: Located on the Towan Beach in the centre of Newquay is this amazing attraction. There are hundreds of tropical species on display here complete with an underwater tunnel. There are displays from tropical sharks and lobsters to seahorses and tropical fish. Other displays include octopus, turtles and terrapins. The Blue Reef Aquarium offers an amazing day out and is a must visit if you are anywhere near Newquay. It is beautiful and great value for money and also has excellent food available too, so you can make a day out of it.

The National Maritime Museum Cornwall: Housed in an award winning building at Falmouth, this museum was designed by architect MJ Long, following a design competition. The museum transports you into a world of small boats and takes you down memory lane regarding Cornish maritime history. The mission of the museum is to promote an understanding of boats and their places in people's lives, also promote the maritime heritage of Cornwall. Here you can try your hand at sailing a radio controlled boat, or even take a trip on the real thing!
