Hosting a blog with no visitors/subscribers is as lonely as hosting a party with no reserved guests. In the blogosphere world, lonely means that you aren't gaining enough online visibility which in essence means you aren't making any online profit. Success blogs have lots of readers that come back on a regular basis to visit. The purpose of this blog is to ensure that you are in fact following the right steps to get your blog's party started successfully!
First, things first, are you writing on your blog? If you aren't, then there is no reason to continue reading this any further. Get to writing first! No one wants to come to your blog if it is not active, informing, and entertaining. This step here is what will build your credibility and trust factor with your readers like other success blogs.
Second, make sure that you are speaking in the terms that your ideal target audience wants to hear you. For example, if your blog is about dog training don't start writing about why your kids disrespect you. Keep on the subjects that interest your readers. This will keep your visitors coming back for more in hopes that they will subscribe to your blog.
Third, you must have due diligence. Don't expect to write one blog and be on top of the search engines or gain lots of traffic from it. You must consistently write and post to your blog for your blog to gain loyal readers. Keep pushing forward daily with your blog writing and posting. It will get easier. Consider your readers when writing and the success of your hard work will pay off.
Over time, you will get noticed by your ideal target audience and if you continue to put them first, you will build lasting relationships that will result in "loyal blog subscribers" and possibly online revenue. Your blog will be categorized with the other success blogs.
