Upgrade iTunes to Version 9 or above, if you haven't already. Go to the Apple menu at the top left and select "Software Update" to see if there's an iTunes update. - 2). Sync your iPhone or iPod Touch with iTunes. Let the backup and sync complete before you move on to the next step.

Click on your iPhone or iPod touch in the iTunes Library menu on the left side of the iTunes window. It's under the "Devices" option. - 4

Make sure the "Sync Applications" check box is selected. - 6
Add or remove apps by selecting or deselecting the check boxes next to the apps. If you're looking for a specific application, you can sort by name, category or date added and you can search for the name of the application using the search box next to "Sync Applications." - 7
Click on and drag the icons of the applications around on the pages to change their order. - 8
Click and drag the pages around in any order you choose. - 9
Hit "Apply" to save your settings. - 10
Sync your iPhone or iPod Touch again. Your apps and pages will now reflect what you did in iTunes.
