Ever feel like your mind is sluggish, you can't think straight and your mind is not running like it should? A lot of it has to do with the foods we eat and not getting the vitamins and nutrients our brain needs.
With the right foods and nutrients you can keep your brain running in tip top shape.
One key to keep in mind when it comes to foods is one key word, natural.
That's right you body and most importantly your mind gets the most benefit out of natural foods so keep that in mind when foods are mentioned here.
Another common sense item is good clean water, drink lots of it as much as you can.

This berry not only contains high antioxidants but Omega Fatty Acids as well.
When choose vegetables or fruits choose ones that have nice bright colors, research shows that these are typically the best for you.
You'll find beta-carotene in vegetables that are orange, green and yellow.
Beta-carotene which is a form of a antioxidant which converts into vitamin A.
Of course the sweet tasting citrus fruits have vitamin C which we all know is a great one to have flowing through your body.
When you consume the proper natural foods your body and brain can function at optimal levels.
In addition to eating right it's also important to keep you brain working by doing crosswords, leaning new thing such as guitar etc...
Keep this in mind, if the food your about to buy or eat comes out of box or a window (drive through) it's more than likely not good for you.
