Whether you are venturing out for a relaxing getaway or hoping to meet new people, there are plenty of places you can go to celebrate your status as a single traveler. From enjoyable nightlife, rich scenery and adventurous activities, there are some spots that are among the elite for vacationing singles. - Negril is a beach resort town located across the two Jamaican Parishes of Westmoreland and Hanover. Its most famous beach is called the "7-Mile Beach," running from the Negril River on the south end to Rutland Point on the north, where a host of all-inclusive resorts can be found. For more private resorts, you can visit West End Road, a cliff area with good access to waters for activities such as snorkeling or diving.
- Ayia Napa is a resort located on the south coast of the Island of Cyprus. It is very well known for its sandy beaches and attracts a large number of tourists. Many of these beaches are frequented by young singles and clubbers, the most famous of which is Nissi Beach. An area known as "The Square" also features many popular night clubs, shops and restaurants.

There is usually a beach party going on and plenty of night clubs, but you can also mingle at quieter spots known as "estancos" for a mellower time with drinks and music.
- Koh Pha Ngan is an island in the Gulf of Thailand. Known as something of a backpackers destination, it is especially famous for its Full Moon Party at Haad Rin Beach. It goes on all night on the night of every full moon and has come to be regarded as the ultimate party experience. If this isn't your thing, then you can still enjoy yourself at any of its 30 beaches and the fresh accommodations of a bungalow or cottage in lieu of expensive five-star hotels.
- A Greek island in the Eastern Aegean Sea, Rhodes was famous as home to the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It has several beaches and activities to enjoy, plus many tours of historical ruins.
- The capital of Iceland, Reykjavik is located on the southern shore of Faxaflói Bay. Known as the nightlife capital of the north, Reykjavik has acquired the reputation of being a major party location. You will find its inhabitants to be kind and inviting, making it a great place to meet people. You will also find many great restaurants, cafes, museums and galleries like the Center for Icelandic Art. A must visit is Nauthólsvík, a beach that is actually thermally heated to accommodate the cold surrounding waters.
- Margarita Island is located in the Caribbean Sea, offering amazing scenery and great hotels. Attracting tourists regularly, it boasts 50 beaches along its expansive coastline. With a rich, modern nightlife to complement its old traditions with clubs and quieter venues alike, Margarita Island is a place where people who are looking for a relaxing time or an exciting time can both enjoy themselves. You can also find activities like windsurfing, scuba diving and horseback riding.
- Located around several beautiful islands, Viking's Resort may actually be a place more suited for single men in particular with its welcoming party of beautiful and exotic women, but a more tamer visit can also be enjoyed with its excellent view and a host of activities, such as golf, luxury spas and deep-sea excursions.
- Located on the west coast of India beside the Arabian Sea, Goa attracts tourists mostly during winter when it offers a comfortable climate. Its many beaches lure visitors regularly, but you can also visit the famous spice plantation, peruse the many historical cathedrals and see the white water waterfalls. For partying and food, beaches are your best bet, where you'll find beach shacks everywhere offering seafood and special events.
