The first thing is to get the potato/es and put it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. If you aren't looking for a cooler effect on your eyes, you can skip this step. - 2
Cut Potatoes very thin!
Wash the potato and cut into very thin circular slices. It's up to you if you wish to keep the skin on or peel it off. - 3
Relax
Lay back in a comfortable position and place one potato slice on each eye. The important thing is to relax, if you aren't relaxed the skin around your eyes will tense up. - 4
Flushing
Leave the slices on your eyes for 10-15 minutes before removing. Once you are done, flush your face and eyes with cool water. When drying eyes, don't rub hard, simply pat them dry.
