Internet Explorer

• 1). Launch the Internet Explorer Web browser.
  
  
• 2). Go to the "Tools" menu. Select "Internet Options" to open the "Internet Options" dialog box.
  
  
• 3). Type the complete Insight Broadband website address -- insightbb.com -- in the "Home page" box located on the "General" tab.
  
  
• 4). Click "Apply." Click "OK."
  
  

Firefox

• 1). Launch the Firefox Web browser.
  
  
• 2). Go to the "Tools" menu. Select "Options" to open the "Options" dialog box. Click "General" in the Options dialog box menu.
  
  
• 3). Type the complete Insight Broadband website address in the "Home page" box.
  
  
• 4). Open the "When Firefox starts" drop-down menu. Select "Show my home page."
  
  
• 5). Click "OK."
  
  

Safari

• 1). Launch the Safari Web browser.
  
  
• 2). Enter the Insight Broadband website address, insightbb.com, in the browser's address bar. Press "Enter" to navigate to the Insight Broadband Web page
  
  
• 3). Click the pinwheel icon, located in the upper-right corner of the window, to open the Action menu. Select "Preferences."
  
  
• 4). Click "Set to Current Page."
  
  

Google Chrome

• 1). Launch the Google Chrome Web browser.
  
  
• 2). Click the Wrench icon open the Tools menu. Select "Options" if you're using a Windows operating system. Select "Preferences" if you're using a Mac or Linux operating system. Select "Settings" if you're using a Chrome operating system.
  
  
• 3). Go to the "Basics" tab.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Open this page" radio button. Enter the complete Insight Broadband website address in the provided field box.
  
  
• 5). Click "Close."
