Internet Marketing Tips - Bloody Hell The Sky Is Falling

I'm sick and tired of all the gloom and doom that's being spread by so many people regarding Internet marketing.
Yes, this is a rant in case you're wondering.
I'll be ranting about a few things in this article.
If you don't like reading these then I suggest that you turn to the next article on your agenda for today.
This one is NOT going to be pretty.
Let's begin.
So, what are all the wonderful predictions of gloom and doom about these days? Well, for starters, we have the changes at PayPal regarding the reporting of income.
That's right folks, starting with the coming tax year, PayPal is going to be reporting YOUR income through them to the IRS.
Know what that means? It means you can't cheat on your taxes anymore.
No more burying all that money under your mattress.
Imagine that...
you're actually going to have to report what you earn.
Bloody hell, what's with that? Another big problem these days is the deal with the states collecting sales tax from online sales.
So now, in retaliation, places like Amazon have banned certain states from selling their products.
And now everybody is afraid that this is eventually going to happen to every state.
Well guess what? Eventually, if it does happen, Amazon is going to have to realize that they can't ban the whole US from selling their products.
They just might go out of business.
Trust me, this will resolve itself.
It's not the end of the world.
At least not yet.
More recently, we have the Google Instant Search which has everybody in a panic.
With sites coming up instantly as people just begin to type in what they're looking for, marketers are afraid that prospects aren't going to see their sites in the results because they're going to go to the first sites that pop up.
Well guess what? You need to make sure YOUR site is at the top of the results.
Only the strong are going to survive in this business.
Nobody owes you a living.
If you can't compete, too bad.
My philosophy in marketing is simple.
How can I use these changes to my advantage? I try to find solutions to the problems instead of just complaining about the problems themselves.
That, to me anyway, is a more productive use of MY time.
I suggest you do the same.
Or you can just go around screaming that the sky is falling.
To YOUR Success, Steven Wagenheim
