Stick your favorite stickers all over the crutches. For example, if you like butterflies, cover your crutches with butterfly stickers. If you're a skater, use stickers that show off your favorite brands. Bumper stickers, band stickers or any other kind of stickers can become fast and easy decorations for your crutches.

Wrap colored tape around the crutches for a striped look. Use as many colors as you want or choose a single color.

Plug in your hot glue gun and glue faux gemstones, beads or seashells to your crutches. Create a pattern or glue them on randomly, depending on your tastes.

Tie ribbons to the crutches or use hot glue to hold the ribbons in place. Choose a single color, patterned ribbon or mix it up with a bunch of different colors.

Draw on your crutches with permanent markers. Use different colors or a single color and draw shapes you like, such as swirls, polka dots, stripes, hearts, stars. You also could ask your friends to autograph the crutches as they would a cast.
