How to Clean a Pool Pole

    • 1). Run a gallon of warm water into a bucket, using the garden hose. Pour in one cup of apple cider vinegar, which will clean and disinfect the pool pole.

    • 2). Dip a sponge into the cleaning solution, then rub over the pole, making sure to remove all residue.

    • 3). Wipe over the net of the pole with the sponge as well, which will remove much of the heavy buildup on the fiber of the net.

    • 4). Rinse the pole with the garden hose to remove loosened debris as well as the cleaning solution.

    • 5). Dip the net into the cleaning bucket, agitating to break up any remaining residue particles.

    • 6). Rinse the net with the garden hose, using a high power stream. This will wash away any remaining residue, allowing to use a fresh, clean pool pole for your next cleaning of the swimming pool.
