Like any good blogger out there, you probably already have a swipe file that contains all of your great posts, headlines and bullet point and also your ideas for writing your blog posts and headlines etc.
But a swipe file is not always enough, sometimes you have to find some inspiration from other sources, and you can do it real quickly using the Best Blogs Method.
The Best Blogs Method started out for me as a form of Niche Research which is more usually used as a method of finding out if the topic of your expertise is profitable or not.
Because if the niche is not profitable why are you wasting your time, money and effort.
But Niche research often throws up additional benefits that are not always apparent on the first review.
During my Niche Research I developed a method of finding good quality blogs that existed in my niche so that I could utilise those blogs for content ideas, theme tweaks and that sort of thing.
That's were the Best Blogs method was borne.
The real benefit to The Best Blogs Method is that you learn to use other bloggers as brain food for your own blog posts.
Contrary to popular belief content syndication is not a crime, It's not Plagiarism and its definitely NOT content theft.
The whole Idea behind the Best Blogs Method is take content on a subject in your niche that has been written by someone else and to put your own spin or counter argument on that content.
Why does the Best Blogs Method work.
Well to a certain extent that question is self evident when you get right down to it.
This works because people consider things differently depending on their characteristic view of the world.
So when a blogger writes a post it is invariably from a given perspective, and there is always more than a single way to view a problem or the solution.
Whilst you may agree with the original authors perspective there is no "Rule" that says you cannot write a counter argument.
So by reading the post and formulating your own spin you have just created new ideas for your blog.
Link bait posts that list great content resources are invariably high traffic blogs because the rest of the web is using that resource.
However not every niche has such a list.
So if your niche is devoid of content syndication link bait posts why not go create a list yourself.
That way you will become a resource for others who follow you in the same niche and grow your own readership and following at the same time.
